This week’s ‘Official Club’ Tuesday session will be a 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 pyramid.  Meeting as usual at Newcastle Centre at 6.30pm.  There may be alternative sessions in Castlewellan and at the Ivy Bridge, but no details have been forwarded by the ‘Renegades’ as yet.

Please also note that Club Membership Fees are now overdue.  If you do not pay up, you run the risk of being named and shamed in the local press!!!!

This week our session on Tuesday night will be 5 x 1 mile efforts with two minute recoveries.  Meeting as usual at Newcastle Centre at 6.30pm.  Please tell those unfamiliar with the modern technologies of tinternet.

Session strats in King Street and ends opposite the entrance to the Burrendale Hotel.  I hope Daniel O’Higgins will be there so that we can all get a look at him!!!

The Danu Technologies team have won the 34th PowerBar 3 Peaks Yacht Race.

Deon said at finish : “I’m glad we won as I don’t want to come back! We wouldn’t have been here if we didn’t think we could win.”

Deon McNeilly and Gary Bailey are part of the crew on board Danú Technologies who are taking part in the Barmouth to Fort William Three Peaks Yacht Race, the original running & yachting race, and one of the oldest extreme multi-sport endurance races in the world.
