Dublin Marathon 2014

After discussions with the club committee, it has been decided that each member of the club registering for the 2014 Dublin marathon in October should do as an individual. The club will subsidise and refund subsidy of the entry cost to those paid-up members taking part after they have entered the race. Please note that the entry fees increase at the beginning of August, making it advisable to register before Thursday 31st July. The club treasurer will refund subsidy to those members who resister for the race. Please see club email for subsidy details. Best wishes to all of those currently in training for this event.

I also intend to build on our great representation at the Victoria Park Relays last year. Notification of the date has already been circulated and I would hope we can field as many teams as last year; open, vets and who knows even a ladies team!!! Watch this space for further details.
