This week is back to everyone’s favourite – miles!  5 efforts with 2 minute recoveries.  meeting at Newcastle Centre at 6:30pm as usual.  See you all there, except for those who are running at 5, those who are going to Tollymore at 6:30 for the dissident run and Damien – God only knows what that man is up to!

This week we will be going to Donard forest for some hill endurance work.  Everyone welcome, including those who did some extra hill work in Tollymore last Tuesday in preparation.  Meeting as usual at Newcastle Centre at 6:30pm. Don’t forget your head torch.  All athletes (aka Chaz Macca) are also reminded that they should not leave discarded gear in strewn random gardens throughout the town!

The session this week will be 6 x 1km with 2 minute recoveries. See you all at the Newcastle Centre at 6.30pm on Tuesday evening for the final session before the 5 mile handicap race on Tuesday 7th February.  Don’t forget that the posse are going for a bit of Exotikka afterwards to help the lads in their efforts to pay the rent to the flagitious O’Hare!
